Follow these steps to get started:

If you’re interested in small group/personal training, please fill out our onboarding form (5 minutes) and let us know who you are and what your goals are! We know this process can sometimes feel tedious, however it pays off by allowing us to customize a plan that will actually get you to where you want to be! We recommend every client have at least 2 days per week of small group or private strength training to build a solid base and to reap the plethora of benefits of strength training. New to strength? No worries! We have an entire foundations program to get you small group ready in no time.
